We ship gladly on our expense 

f a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or the delivery address was incorrect, the order will be considered cancelled. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Please note that uncollected parcels will not be resent automatically — a new order must be placed if you still wish to receive the items.
